I ran across these and thought they’d be useful for all the mass language translating that will be needed for SAFE.

I used OmegaT for some translation work a couple of years ago. It was not a bad tool but the documentation was scattered all over. I thought about offering to help organizing the documentation into some simple HTML, but part of the community at that time was pretty nasty so I quickly gave up. Still, it’s not a bad tool. Probably the best open sourced TM tool there is out there.
