Hi I’ve recently tried to convert my maidsafe coins to bit coin, although it saids successful but it was never actually converted, the maidsafe coins were still there. I look up the conversion history and it saids cancelled, do you know what’s causing it?
What steps did you take to convert your Maidsafe Coins to Bitcoin?

Never used that service but if they have your maid you should be ok i would think.
Maybe try contacting them?
Hopefully someone here may have used the service and be able to give pointers, but at the end of the day i would think you will need to contact the service anyway so i would just start there.
just straight conversion. it asked me to type in amount maidsafe that i wish to convert and the address.
