Since the MaidSafe company uses Ants for inspiration and in their branding, I thought it would be good to have facts about ants.
They really are pretty remarkable, intelligent, organized and decentralized insects, so it was a good choice for a mascot. I always seem to see more and more interesting facts about their colonies from science channels online.
Here’s a cool one to start it off, about little “cellars” made up of ants that use their bodies to store food for the colony:

there are about 100,000,000,000,000,000 ants in the world. Shows that by having a very adaptive small scale thing it can grow to astronomical figures as it replicates. HODLing SAFEcoin to 100,000,000,000,000,000 USD!!!
