Will open source DAOs rip private sector IP

If a non profit DAO rips elements of Google’s proprietary code in its design and functions on SAFE what is to stop this from becoming the norm?
Its not earning profit, is there even an ethical issue? Its just breaking a gateway and reducing or making more profit efficient a speculative return.

Well if they release the software on the SAFE network, they will receive safecoin when the application is used, so there is definitely a commercial component to it.
But the thing is, how would google go after the guy? As I understand it an application developer can remain completely anonymous and still receive their payment.

Oh yes, that is what was thinking to, so this could really fuel fixing suppressive IP and help stop the suppression of tech- well with transparency. Also break crap like the TPP.
