No transaction fees for safecoin, so there is no analogy in the SAFE network
But if you want to send multiple coins to one person with one command than that will be a basic functionality of any wallet APP.
If you want to send multiple coins to multiple people then the effort to create a batch is wasted, since you could just tell the wallet to send x coins to person A and y coins to person B and z coins to person C without batching. So the effort to create the batch is the same effort to just do the sends
