People will use Maidsafe just because it will be safe to use as a torrent for media. Crypto-currency small miners would love to convert their unused bandwidth into crypto-currency. I think the point will be it not how much you can store but how many people are using the network, I think this is the whole point to not have centralized servers that are supplying Petra-bytes on the network or end up with a bitcoin like example of warehouse farming.
