How did they do it live then? That’s very strange - I’ve never come across any scam like that.
I will seek out the original, but I don’t know the point of it was as the post I followed it from wasn’t promoting anything.
Bizarre.

The video interview was legit … neo’s just saying that it was an old video … I don’t know how they did it as a live feed, but they weren’t selling anything, just talking about energy and crypto. So DD about what exactly? I posted it straight away because I thought it was new and “live” … so my bad … but nobody was hurt here.
No victim, no crime.
Edit: I’ve tracked down the original video for those that would like to watch it:
It wasn’t live, they simply played the old interview with added surrounds using something like OBS. So easy to fool people into thinking its live.
[Removed useless text since finding original]
Anyhow as you say no problems. The channel was taken down anyhow since Youtube now reacts quickly when it appears.
Did you read the description or see the live chat on the side? Some of these scams have the scam running in the side chat.
Hey thanks for tracking down the original. My purpose in pointing out the scam channel was to alert people to the channel problems.
EDIT: found a copy on youtube that has been there since it aired July 2021 The ₿ Word Bitcoin As A Tool For Economic Empowerment LIVE - YouTube - no side chat and no claiming to be live any more.
And a podcast notes site Bitcoin as a Tool for Economic Empowerment | Cathie Wood, Jack Dorsey, and Elon Musk • Podcast Notes
I often see snoop live on fb, hes doing a cashapp give away, its the same main video of him every time, it always shows as live but its not.
Its just reused footage to get good resonses on the post i imagine, or maybe some scamming element, ive never watched it all to see what the end goal is.
The youtube part (outside of the video) said it was live - maybe somehow that was faked, IDK. There was no chat. There was a description of the video, there was no promotion in it. There was no date either as it was given by youtube as being live.
So I don’t know how they did it, but I was fooled. It happens and I apologize.
Yep using OBS or similar and supplying the video as the camera/sound source and feeding it to youtube as a live stream.
Did they have a chat on the side. If not and nothing in the description then not sure of the scam, maybe the scam was in other videos on the channel. You know watch the live and check out the channel afterwards.
The first time I saw it on another channel, I thought it was live too. That one had the scam in the side chat as if Elon was returning double BTC. So you go to the site linked in the side chat and send BTC between certain amounts and Elon would return double the amount <— always a scam. But the description was Elon had 500 BTC to give away like this. I checked the BTC address and noone had sent anything so the scam wasn’t working for them LOL. (I d/l the site as raw text to ensure no nasties and it was a simple static web page so this scammer wasn’t trying to send malware, just collect BTC from people.)
Man the CoinBureau Guy is really P.O.‘d … and rightly so, but he’s had enough and he’ ain’t gonna take it anymore!

While the FTX peeps are ultimately to blame, I do wonder about government hackers being involved.
Some good news …
But wait there is more, if you take down 1 CEX today we will add two more for free.
Limited time offer, all holders bend over.
Edit: they are saying everything is ok so it must be… ![]()
Id stay bent over just in case.
Bankman-Fried told the Financial Times the $8bn related to funds “accidentally” extended to his trading firm, Alameda (he declined to comment further). Earlier this week, he tweeted that FTX international had $4bn in easily tradable assets when it faced Sunday’s $5bn surge of withdrawals. He has since deleted many of his fraudulent twitter misrepresentations.
“There were many things I wish I could do differently than I did, but the largest are represented by these two things: the poorly labeled internal bank-related acount [sic], and the size of customer withdrawals during a run on the bank,”
SBF is a total weasel. “There were many things I wish I could do differently” – I bet there are, but I’d also bet that what you wish you could do differently - would only be to get away with it all.
He’s a total narcissistic sociopathic scammer - with zero guilt for those he’s scammed.
What’s up this week…

Well, well, well.

Some interesting thoughts:
Just my speculation, but I think if there are enough various tokens - btc, eth, etc … then the amount of $$ able to manipulate them will be diluted. So longer term, the ability to suppress markets in this manner should continue to decline … not even considering the prospects for hyperinflation of various fiat currencies.
