So clients pays to nodes, which store client’s data for the first time.
And when all these nodes go offline, they transfer data to other nodes, but this time for free, right?

YEs, mostly. Clients pay for the storage authorisation (section sig) and then store at any time as their data has the network authority to be stored. That means we can reupload any lost data for free, if we ever lost data that is.

But they results in using storage of nodes, right? Also for free.
