I hope this is appropriate for this category but from what I understand rudp isn’t widely adopted but it’s been used for streaming to prevent lag even when there is some packet loss. Correct me if I’m wrong. From what I remember reading is combined with routing maidsafe is able to 20ms over the network (to prevent data loss)? So will live streaming video be reliable over the network from the get go? I need to know for a potential project thank you
It will, but you should use plain UDP for that as video is fine with packet loss and dropped frames.
