I’m not technically minded but equally, I am reasonably intelligent.
I am worried about the misinformation on the internet and the constant privacy invasion (I have to click a dozen times just to hide myself from ads just to read a newspaper article), now the internet is deciding what it thinks is true or false and deleting the things it doesn’t agree with,

I was chatting with a friend and I remembered David Irvine, who I went to college with, was obsessed with internet safety.
I would like this, but can’t find anything to download or link to.
I’ve tried a few things to download, I did get a download, but nothing opens.
Note I’m browsing now on google.
Can anyone point a non technical person in the right direction.

Hi there and welcome! The SAFE project is still in Alpha, so there isn’t really anything to download, unless you want to help out with testing and filing bug reports, but that does still get a bit “technical”. You can read about the project here:
