I sent 100 MAID coins from bittrex to my omniwallet, when MAID was around $ 0.33. USD. Was expecting of seeing somewhere around 33 - Fees, but I see a total balance of around 0.04 USD. Is it that the fees are around $32 per transaction?

They have still 2 MAID fee for a long time. So withdrawal cost now less than 1$.

Is it possible that only the small amount of bitcoin that is used to hold the omni token is reflected in the value?

I just transferred mine, and I see two line items. The small bitcoin amount, and the maidsafe amount. Both are totalled in the overall wallet balance.
