It is! @peca and @neo really seem to know what they’re talking about. You and I are pretty much in the same boat, aren’t we? Please let me know if you find a person whom I can pay to get things working properly. Maybe we can even combine our efforts, if you have the time.

I found an old Cisco EPC 3008 modem in the closet, put that between the coax jack in the wall and my Asus router running DD-WRT, and DNA’s cable service started working as expected, port forwarding included.
