Perhaps there could be lessons learned from how the devs go about this first search engine, which could go into an open standard. I suspect it is quite a complex subject in its own right, with many trade offs, so perhaps it would be best to work on it as a parallel project?

So google released a neural network based parser which can be used for translation. I was wondering if our little search engine could search through all these web pages in every language no matter which language I use to search it. For example I search “Pizza recipe” and a nice Italian website shows up along side all the other results.
