I believe TEST 3’s main purpose was to make sure the network stayed up.

Yes but to me that’s saying 1 + 1 = 3
“The network stayed up” would mean not going out of consensus. The network going ouf of consensus would be a major concern but TEST 3 didn’t seem to have this problem. We won’t know for sure until they report on the results of TEST 3. The results will most likely be released in the next Dev Update on Tuesday.

More like “up > down”
