No, it’s just because we are focusing on the Mutable Data integration now, as explained in last week’s dev update.

With this in mind, and instead of delaying Alpha 2 and taking features from Alpha 3 and rushing them into implementation now, we’re now going to swap the objectives of Alpha 2 and Alpha 3. We have done the donkey work here, mostly, but need to spend a few short weeks at least soak testing and finalising the mutable data integration to a point where we are happy to release the next testnet.

Also, we were planning to take down Test 16 at the end of last week (see this post), but we ended up leaving it up for a few more days because we forgot to take it down
