My vault does well at the bandwidth test, but at 82% the transfer completely stops and it doesn’t progress until timeout?!

Awesome work guys!

Same thing happens to me (see screenshot). It might have something to do with the dropped nodes though?

Nothing dropped when I tried it. Must be something else…

I ssh’d into my house computer, and tried to start up a vault there. I think Xfinity gives me 5MB/s upload speed, so that would technically fail the requirements. I get the same behavior as you, but at 86%.

Running safe_vault v0.13.0

@Mindphreaker @Tom_Carlson I submitted a bug report on github about it and took your picture/log as I don’t have one myself. Hope that’s okay.

Lol, invisible tetris  thats amazing…

Which is at the 300 second mark, the time limit for the upload test. The upload seems to be the 1st of 11 tests[quote=“rand_om, post:30, topic:12452, full:true”]

wahaaaaaa crazy Oo …

what am I doing wrong… tried enabling UPnP and to forward TCP port 5483… open port check keeps coming back as closed. :persevere:

Seems like same/similar modem to mine. Except mine is more locked down by the ISP

UPnP did not work for me either. I blame the modem/router for that

Portforwarding did work for me. Except my link upspeed is too slow. It only get to 26% at the 300 second mark (110/410)

It seems you are missing UDP

The internal port should have TCP/UDP: 5483 whereas your s has only TCP:5843

Redo the rule as a custom service

EDIT: thinking about UPnP, maybe increase the advertisement Time to something much larger than 4 hops.
