My expectations keep rising … and you guys keep exceeding them! Beautiful work, Team MaidSafe. And thanks as always for these updates—they’re a nonpareil in the crypto space.

Might be better to get Maidsafe_Official since a simple “_” seems doggy to me and I would not trust any “Name_” unless I knew otherwise it was the real one.

Using “_Official” has a much better ring to it.

Safe Update writer/compiler person(s): would it be possible to add a standard set of links to core info somewhere on each update? I know that for most of us regulars that info would be redundant, but if I want to share updates with interested people who aren’t so clued in, such links might assist them in getting their heads around what’s going on without having to do a lot of searching about. E.g. things like the websites, project milestones pages, etc.

It’s all of us

Yes we should look at this as a standard footer perhaps? It will make the update a bit longer of course. Right now the project boards take you to all the code and so on. We could look at adding the website links, let’s see how it looks. @Cgray can check it out, hopefully.

Something I shout almost daily myself…

The wife gets terribly embarrassed when I do though.

Can we go local on this and get a keen staff member to go up the Cobbler and pose appropriately?

Is that the sound of a volunteer I’m hearing?

My days for nipping up the Cobbler and then threading the needle are long past, sorry…

Thank goodness for that, it isn’t what immediately sprang to mind when I read “nipping up the Cobbler” after all your comments about my bottom.

Your bottom is rarely far from my thoughts.
Nearly bought this for it…

Thank you, but I do already have one of these, and a few other bottom tools.

If your going to be in Germany see if you can throw the privacy word around a few times in your talk @dugcampbell they are SUPER privacy conscious. Maybe use examples that they’re manufacturers will understand e.g. designing and developing products but wanting to keep the information as private and secure as possible away from the prying eyes of Google. They will have teams and individuals there from their large manufacturers.

Another testing , self_update etc

Heyhey - stupid question - so if we build the latest master branch of client libs we should be able to work with the new data types and features both mock and ‘real network’ (local vault) and the current feature set…?

Ps: and with the high level api… Then I’d just built the safe cli I assume? Do I need the client libs in addition to that or just the cli?

I got the wife going with me on this one :joy:
