Been crazy on this stuff in insideevs forum under alias “101101” I’ll throw this out to entice you know the roadsters 10000 nm convert if I am not mistaken to 7325 ft lbs of torque which gives support to the guy that said he races for a living and the roadster is faster than 1.9 0-60.
For context a 6600 hp locomotive may have 177000 lbs torque because its electric drive can step up torque that way so maybe 1 hp to 7 ft lbs makes sense when we consider the 1 to 23 ratio of say a locomotive. But real context comes from realizing a fast car like a top corvett before had 400 lbs ft torque.
Roadster has 20x torque of fast cars from the past.
