There are good and bad points to both RFC’s. But there is no way to predict the future outcome in the market. Therefore one can easily deny that a harm exists within either RFC as the future market state is an unknown.
This is unclear, but I’ve heard it stated by Jim that there are other factors (tradeoffs?) that he hasn’t stated or clarified yet. Perhaps because of back and forth with legal team – which undoubtedly needs time to process this work and draw up a report on their conclusions.
IMO many in both of these threads are being impatient with the process.
Let’s wait for Jim & legal to process & return with more details and answers.
