There is no indication of either except it will be done when its done.
When you read the updates you’ll be able to see the progress as it happens, but there is no timetable and seeing as this is brand new development then time estimates are not feasible. As we get closer then rough timeframes will become potentially possible but even then could be off by up to 100%
