After speaking recently to QNAP Solutions, the Taiwan based Storage solutions company, they denied they currently had a product in development to support MAIDSAFE. This was their official reply to a request for possible supporting products for MAIDSAFE below:
“Currently no, we have our own built-in encryption method for our storage volumes.”

Maybe a bad choice of words, it is not even on the roadmap, our Product Managers in Taiwan had never heard of the solution. I have submitted it as a feature request, if they get lots of feature requests from different regions around the world they will often make it into a feature within the NAS as the demand is there.
