I’m interested about the Network performance in hosting websites. Are there a way to do some tests about download latency for example, or another any kind of tests?

Yes you can use the alpha 2 network and use some performance tools to generate your own statistics. (just google for web site performance tools)

Note that there is no caching enabled in the browser yet, so it is relatively slow relative to potential.
