@tonbi McAfee now has your site as a sus site and warning people away from it, not sure if you are concerned. If you are then maybe shoot off an email to them. If not then don’t worry as anyone who wants to go to your site just clicks through.
Due to the nature of the crowdsale, we cannot make a detailed plan because we don’t have a price for the token, so this is still very vague. We will have a better idea after the crowdsale.
$400,000 for 1 year development for 3 developers working 12 hours a day with specific profiles. We will work with developers with initiative and experience.
This doesn’t include misc costs like community management and support, marketing, clusters maintenance for better response time, reserves(not part of burn rate) and legal consulting.
Also a big part of it will go to UI/UX. When it comes to UI/UX it’s much cheaper and better long term if we hire a really good team for it instead of hiring any single person. They work much more effectively and will improve users retention.
If we aim for a perfect product the burn rate will be higher. We will see with what we have to work with to make a better decision.
Please also include (if you haven’t already) a reputable external code auditor in your calculations - this is especially important since you are planning some of code being closed source.
Yes we missed that out as well. When we are in a good position with nvot holders approval hopefully everything will be opensource.
I don’t mind closed source if audited … I don’t know what all the attack vectors are for your project … sometimes closed source is more secure. e.g. the JAXX wallet is closed source to enhance security.
I just logged in for only the second time since sending Maid the other day, to check the amount was correct and confirmed. Why do I see this?
API access banned for abuse, please throttle your requests. MAID
The API for checking balance is overloaded. We will fix it soon.
We are planning a live interview with Coininterview soon next week. Yanni will be answering questions.
Tonbi please clarify the following for me…
-
I just invested 2.0 BTC in your crowdsale, approx $6000 US. On what exact date do I receive the NVOT distribution?
-
Do I understand correctly that after the initial distribution of NVOT, there will be weekly distribution of NVOS? Does that begin the next week? If not, when does that begin?
-
Will NVOS display in my counterwallet the same way NVOT will? Can both be exchanged for BTC on counterwallet? If not, please explain the exact procedure
-
How much NVOT must stay in my wallet to receive weekly distributions? Whats the minimum?
Please answer all of the above for me. Thanks
- First week of july
2.NVOS distribution begin when the exchange is production ready. When the exchange starts handling a good amount of volume. - NVOT price are decided by the market while NVOS will forever be fixed at $0.99.
- No minimum and you can cold storage NVOT (NVOS will be in circuit while in cold storage).
Just a few more questions…
-
When approximately, in actual calendar terms, do you expect the exchange to be production ready?
-
Is NVOS also a token that will distinctly appear in counterwallet the same way NVOT does? If not, please explain how someone would exchange it for BTC
-
The July distribution of 15 million NVOT is a one time distribution, correct? Do I understand that you are sending one lump sum amount of NVOT all at once to each address?
Anyone registering yesterday? I tried, didn’t get the confirmation email, asked it to resend, still no. Emailed support, no reply yet.
This seem to be going very well - even without early incentives.
Seems to only happen to non-gmail accounts. Did you try it with gmail?
No, and I don’t want to use Gmail if at all possible.
- 6-8 months for beta validator.
- Yes. You can use the validator for exchange. You don’t need to know about this part for now . Or you can check the whitepaper for more details. We will end up making a guide or add it as instructions on the wallet after we get the UX & UI done so NVOT users will understand the moment they use the exchange.
- Yes
Yes only problem is price fluctuation of crowdsale contributions. We are trying to add USDT but heard their assets are frozen.
Edit: Seems like our emails were blocked.
