Is there a back up plan in place to move Maidsafe Headquarters out of the UK if this Surveillance Bill passes that demands user data be stored for one year?

I got a lot of concerns for the Maidsafe team as a consequence of their being located in the UK. However, all I really need to be concerned about is the code.
