A question just came up in the Solid chat which may be relevant to SAFE (here):
- is the creator (app and/or user) of data recorded when written to a space in my pod? (I paraphrase).
Now obviously SAFE has a different model (no ‘pod’ as such) but I’d like to understand if this question, or something similar applies to SAFE?
Also, the cases where provenance is wanted/not wanted and how these can be catered for?
I haven’t time to think much about this myself atm, domesticity calls, but didn’t want to let the question pass unnoticed!
