That could be a problem for many platforms/countries.
Australia would give that a 18+ rating and/or ban it. For instance on Facebook the ACMA could demand it removed for Australia.
The issue is (appearance of) drug use.
It is from South Park, YouTube has no problem with it - it’s satire… you can even say it’s self-irony too
Satire is found in many artistic forms of expression, including internet memes, literature, plays, commentary, music, film and television shows, and media such as lyrics.

What about loading all of our memes videos and .gifs to github?
That way when it comes time for our centralized marketing campaign everything will be in one place. People won’t be hunting all over for it.

Many people take memes too seriously. I have fun doing them and making them for myself, I like to think of memes as an accessible art form for people like me who don’t know any musical instruments or how to use artist’s brush.
