At the current BTC price of 23200$, the standing order at Bittrex at 1380 sat of 1000 MAID is the sock eating buy order.
Currently 0,09BTC needed to sock eating celebration.

Pretty sure the whale that sent us over .20 cents can just drop a few more btc and get us over .40 cents pretty easily, can’t be too much sell pressure in these ranges.

It’s all about if the whale feels it already got enough. If he has 1-2M+ already, getting slightly more while pumping the price is probably the wise move. Otherwise, I assume inteligence dictates patience with the hope of accumulating more at similar levels.
The game theory gets more complex once one whale sees another whale actively nibbling.

I meant by buying now for 0,09 BTC, you could buy-up all the sell orders up to 1380sat while creating market depth at that level. That would cause somebody else to be able to sell you 1000 MAID for more than 32c. I am not saying we are there, YET! 
He stipulated being able to sell@ 32 not buy.
Need a 1000 on buy side.
