Us future Safe App developers/marketers/community makers will have to make sure the first very successful safe products are not linked to any of these… “behaviors”.

There are so many use cases, positive or negative, that it can takes multiple paths. And it’s possible to have powerful use cases that make it to regular folks before dark markets folks.
But what you anticipate will happen at some stage for sure and Safe Network will be extremely controversial. I just hope it’s not from the very beginning. No time to waste.

Unknown, their support is zero help. But at the same time they have a metric tonne of other wallets in maintenance. They are just a bunch of incompetents…

We shall see, it all seems to always start from the gutter. The internet in its infancy was pretty bad as well, it eventually made it to regular folks. We shall see what the future brings.

Even if he is correct, it just shows how inefficient human systems are that as soon as something comes around to help everyone, the worst people are the first to know about it.

That shouldn’t bother you. I will personally pay for a version of Wikipedia with an app directly connected to the Safe network, an app for free books with expired rights, etc.

There will be a lot of publicly useful content, and as for the bad content, these people generally don’t promote their defective DNA, so I don’t believe that will be a big problem from the beginning.

Oh it’s not a bother, just how I think people will first hear of The Safe network

If someone can use something for evil, you better believe it’s going to happen. We will just witness it in the news as it happens.

That’s probably how regular folks will first hear of SAFE…

Hitbtc is probably your only option if you are somewhere else than the USA.

Volume is usually better at Bittrex, but their wallet maintenance since July 22nd is frankly unbelievable…

Maybe there will be more exchanges when a team comes around involved with ERC20 MAID, which is supposed to still be in the works.

I have, was just given the runaround, they said their devs knew about it and were working on it, but could not give specifics.

I was RIGHT… drehb and tobbetj were WRONG…

maybe now someone who wants to make money will set up a gateway to trade MAID…'til 2023 or whenever safenet will be ready…
