Yes, safecoin is a specific type tag so we can tell if it exists (then it’s owned) or does not exist (and can be farmed). So it is blocked out by the network from normal users uploads of this type but farmed on demand. So basically it does not exist unless farmed, but the type tag in it’s entirety cannot be created by users/clients and is only created by the network.
