Seems to have contributed to the spike in value.
It certainly appears that the more exchanges a coin is listed on, the more volume and hence market cap.
MaidSafeCoin of course is only a transitional coin, but I think it was a good promotional move to go this way, rather than just issue SAFEcoin and ice them.
