Maidsafe-testnet - Error on auth create --test-coins

Hi, so I’ve seen a lot of people on the forum lately asking how to get involved in the testnet, run a node, etc. A few have been even aware of things like the CLI user guide , the primer , etc. but were intimidated I think by the length or didn’t feel like they had the time to read it, so they made questions here instead.

I’m following @scorch 's ‘Quick Start for Farming’ Wiki, then the CLI user guide.

When I try to create test coins, I get the error…
AuthdError: ClientError: No response reeived from echo services

It seems you are hitting some Maidsafe nodes which are either not up and/or not ready for use yet.

Yea my bad, perhaps I was a little vague in the original post, but test net isn’t launched quite yet
