Looking into this more @piluso. Robiotic has not filed any trade mark for Maidsafe and is the name of a product rather than a company, and is sufficiently different from anything we are building that it is unlikely that there will be any confusion. Their goods will travel through very different distribution channels to ours. If they were to TM the brand we would likely oppose, but I don’t see any need for further action at this point.
