What sort of reasons might cause this to appear in a vault’s log? The circumstance is that it is another vault running on the same server as the seed vault. Everything else appears OK, just wondering what is the reason for it.
The nodes Rt does not seem favourable for the incoming node and they agree to drop the connection (mutual).
or perhaps
Or the node is trying to connect to it’s close group but they do not have a message saying that will happen (from the relocating group) so refuse this node.
