I think anyone who is idealistic about file sharing on a site such as piratebay will be more than happy to upload. That’s not who I’m looking to invite unfortunately but the upload cost is small and SAFE makes it easier to consume than searching for and downloading magnet links from some sketchy site and then using torrent software that might be mining crypto and bogging down your computer.
Then imagine PtP in the mix. The whole game changes, again.
I know I will upload my whole library of music, it will be set to private by default and then any of my personal music or works in the public domain I’ll gladly set to public. With my whole library uploaded, I’ll have all of my music available on mobile (MVP for that is about half way done) and I can stream all my music for free from that point on from the “cloud” that is the SAFE network and not have to worry about Apple accidentally deleting it off my device. True story, I used to pay yearly for iTunes Match and my library got deleted off my phone.
