I think this should be taken to mean those of us in the community who keep a close eye on the forum and github, as well as the devs. I think that’s what he meant, otherwise he probably would have just said ‘devs’.
He is right too imo, ALL crypto does behave in a similar way in that respect. The closer you are to it the more you know and sometimes you might be able to profit from it, if you’re quick. All crypto info does always fall first to those in the inner circle of each, whether they be devs or heavily involved community members who catch the first forum post, or github commit about something. Trading requires knowledge, but it is all completely open. Get involved, join our inner circle and get on github if you want access to additional information. I don’t know that it’s worth the effort most of the time given the liquidity limitations, but if you think it’s worth it for trading knowledge then come join us and other communities and keep your finger on the pulse.

No, I ever accused devs of insider trading. I have no knowledge of what the maidsafe devs or people part of the projects do with their maidsafe, and I fully support the project. No reason to put me on trial and use whatever I wrote as evidence you think they are insider trading because I never said anything like it.
You should read things through more carefully or you might end up provoking people. It’s like you took a very broad statement that I made and narrow it down to me accusing a group of specific people I never even mentioned. As I said, I fully support this project, so why would I make something up for the sake of accusing them.

If you say words like this they can be interpreted in a few ways i suppose. And yes my accusation to you was a bit of a stretch. Its a shame that the response I got for first mentioning this had me accused. Noone expects these of anything and the OP was a question wether it was legal, not if they were doing it… @000 and many more gave me loads so weve both took hits,. Deserved maybe.
