Do you think such a non-profit moderation system can deal with above issues and appear in 2016?

I don’t really understand why you’re talking about 2016? Wanna fix all problems at once when SAFE goes live? And what about the way this forum is moderated? Mods can go to sleep until there’s a flag, that’s the way a videosite could work as well. YouTube uses this approach.

My guess is that it wouldn’t cost that much to upload a video.
