I bought some madesafe coin in the crowd sale, how do i see my coin get a wallet and start trading with the coins?

That depends on where and how you’ve stored your coins. Here’s some more information. For trading I would recommend an account at Poloniex.com

I haven’t stored them. I bought them with my bitcoin qt wallet. How do I get them out of there?

Creating a wallet on https://www.omniwallet.org/ will allow you to import the coins with a private key. This will allow you to send them to the exchange/wallet of your choice.
