The network that went live was a testversion only but I think that @nicklambert can help you with adding MAID to the exchange and more explanation on the current status of development.

Not KYC related at all and to suggest so is kinda unfair and implies corruption. These folks are market makers and they need bulk. No deals on Polo.

Centralised Market markers want bypass the centralised exchanges.
