I’m posting this article both for the picture it paints and the vision of how to tackle this by building The Good Web (a PDF about this is linked in the article and a useful read). Safe Network fits well with the vision and roadmap it sets set out, and it might be a timely route for contacting like minded people and projects as SN approaches launch.
There’s also an opportunity for someone (@JimCollinson?) to submit a response to the article commenting on the content and highlighting Safe Network’s potential to help solve the problems characterised using the Blade Runner analogy and how it fits with the values, vision and programme for The Good Web. The Guardian typically publish three such responses so there’s a reasonable chance of being selected.
