How to generate a safecoin transaction?

I have safecoin in a raw public/private keypair (no wallet software).

I need to generate a safecoin transaction using the private key in the command line. For complex reasons I cannot sweep the private key into existing compatible wallet software so I must do this manually. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

you mean maidsafecoins in mastercoin protocol right?

You need to install Mastercoin, Bitcoin-Qt and the entire blockchain.
Then use the Mastercoin CLI.
