Error when creating webid

I have an error when creating a webid,

have the safe-browser-v0.13.0-linux-x64 and running Manjaro KDE fully updated

a pop up comes

Error creating webId on the network

-run safebrowser
-logged in to safebrowser
-enabled experiments
-went to webidmgr.dapp
-clicked create
-clicked submit as you see in screenshot

One thing to check is that ‘chris’ does not already exist on the network, so try a couple of random names like ‘id.ahcdkjfdf’ to be sure they are not taken.
