Human organizations that mirror the structure of SAFE?

People, This is a very interesting discussion - thanks to Warren and others for the thought provoking ideas. I have a non-profit company that is set up to do a particular job; it has a fair chunk of cash in the bank; I am concerned that after I am frozen that future Directors of the company might not be entirely ethical and prefer to pay themselves excessively rather than have the company spending money doing what it was set up to do.
