I wonder does it has any difference SAFE Network and Sia.
There’s basically nothing the same about the them, so yeah 
Sia is just decentralised storage… blockchain, yawn.
SAFE is the full decentralised data paradigm… a new internet, no blockchains, massive amounts of innovation.
It takes a long time and a lot of effort to understand SAFE, it takes 2 minutes to get to grips with Sia if you’re a cryptophile.
From the end user’s perspective, Sia is a decentralized version of Dropbox, while SAFE is an underlying protocol to build all kinds of DApps. So yeah, a decentralized storage app surely can be built on top of SAFE, but there could be so much more to it.
