Can someone create a telegram account for me?

Hello, I do not have a smart phone, but want to use the telegram web browser application. However I cannot create an account from there, it says to first create on android. Can someone please create an account for me? Thanks.

You could instead just use Riot.im and join us there (it is linked to Telegram so messages are seen in both).

Or join #safenetwork IRC on freenode. They have a nice web browser interface.
