To be fair to Dimitar: there is not a moment that everyone on earth is in the same day. And that restriction of before midday seems mainly applicable for UK and UK ‘influenced’ countries.
Well I’m really sorry for the Microsoft employees. Among a lot of other reasons: Microsoft leads the way in banning April Fools’ Day pranks

It would be much simpler if we were, if we all used the same time (UTC of course :wink:) and did away with zones and time changes (daylight savings etc).

Australia would then be the land of the midnight sun!
