So now even if you look for off topic it is hard to find. In my opinion this is wrong. That redlight zone is very useful for resolving or engaging side issues that once resolved can be used to illuminate main forum issues without creating clutter or even linking back. The idea that SAFE is not political is wrong in the extream. Aside from the technical joy of it the founders motives were political in the extreme: increase privacy, security and freedom for everyone.
There is no escaping philosophy.
