404 user avatars?

Trivial but odd…

Just noticing recently a fair number of avatars made out as if image not found.

List then peppered with broken image like tokens.

and unclear then if it’s just me and some caching issue or same for all. Perhaps some default image avatars have been removed and not replaced with an alt??

Probably a caching issue on your end. They look fine to me (Chrome, Windows 10 PC).
